Biography of Pat Slough, Instructor
Pat Slough has been in the real estate business since 1986. Having worked first as an assistant, transaction coordinator and sales agent in Pennsylvania. She started her career first in resort real estate, and advanced to commercial and agricultural properties. Relocating to Florida with her family in 1990, she acquired her broker's license and has been a licensed real estate instructor since 1994. She ha been affiliated with Audrey's Real Estate Academy and Panhandle Real Estate School.
Pat has taught pre-licensing course for sales professionals, brokers, post-licensing and continuing education courses in Bay County, Florida for the past 14 years and looks forward to further serving her former and new students with the Real Estate Career Center, Inc.

Biography of Steve Hinman, Instructor
Steve Hinman has been a real estate school instructor since 2001 and has trained literaly 100's of prospective licensees in a variety of topics with great success. His teaching style is widely accepted by, and caters to the needs of the students while maintaining a positive learning environment for all. Steve is a retired veteran of the United States Air Force and served as a fighter pilot in combat situations during his career. Steve has been licensed since 1981 and curretly resides in Northwest Florida and enjoys spending time with family, teaching, and fishing.
