Second, we recommend that you click here or visit MyFlorida.com and download the appropriate form package, review the forms and fill them out completely and submit the forms immediately AFTER enrolling in your preferred course of study. You must be approved to hold a real estate license by the state of Florida and if you have any concerns about whether or not the state will reject your application you should apply to the State of Florida before enrolling in our real estate pre-licensing courses. In the event that you have any questions about this process, please contact us during our office hours 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
